Matthew, I, too, favor the one on the lower right. With so much variation in texture, the spatial division of two major horizontal shapes rather than three just feels stronger.
My day job is an Assistant Principal at a local Jr. High. After work, my jobs include dad, artist, and blogger. At night, I escape to my garage for my therapy sessions, where I create pastel paintings, stained glass windows, and jewelry. This blog is designed to showcase what comes out of the studio mixed with the happenings and musings of being a dad and a teacher.

I like the one in the lower right hand corner.
I like the lower-right hand corner, as well.
Two tops ... they both look the same to me.

Bottom Right, for sure. It has the best balance, looking at it with a photographer's eye.
I am going to be different. I like top right. I like the empty space and then the water lillies.
